| HYSEA organised the 5th CXO Networking meeting as part of its BizSeries@HYSEA initiative on 18th Oct 2019 at Club Botanika. Distinguished Speaker and reputed analytics expert, thought leader and a passionate evangelist of data science, Mr. Deep Thomas, Group Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Aditya Birla Group delivered a keynote address on ‘How organizations can harness data for Innovation and Business Transformations’. Deep talked about in depth on how data can be used to improve revenues, customer experience, reducing operational expenses, for new product development, generating new business streams, building new business models, and creating new ecosystems. He also encouraged businesses to build their own Data Eco-systems consisting of Internal, External and Digital/IOT Data. 31st DDI School inaugurated at ZPHS Attapur

| HYSEA as part of its DDI(Disruptive Digital Intervention) program successfully completed the setup of a computer lab at Zilla Parishad High School Attapur with the support of Statestreet corporation. The lab was inaugurated on November 13, 2019 by State Street Senior Vice President & Global head, Mr Joseph Hanssen. | The 36th Leadership Development Program of HYSEA started on 23rd November 2019 at TCS Deccan Park. The inaugural keynote was delivered by the President of HYSEA and CEO of ZenQ, Mr. Murali Bollu. He spoke on ‘why employee health and wellbeing matters to a business’ and more importantly why it should matter to management the management. BizSeries@HYSEA Awareness session on Non-Immigrant US Visas (B-1/L-1/H-1) by U.S. Consulate General Hyderabad

Visa Officers from the U.S. Consulate General in Hyderabad discussed visa related issues faced by local IT/ITES companies during an Awareness Program on Non-immigrant Visas hosted by HYSEA on Dec. 9 at the offices of Infosys Ltd. in Gachibowli.
A five-member Consular Team answered questions on a variety of non-immigrant visa classes, with a focus on B-1, L-1, and H-1B visas. They explained the visa process and discussed facilitation options available to mitigate long wait times. The Consular Team also discussed fraud and common issues faced during interviews.
More than 150 HR Heads and Immigration Team Leads from 60 IT Companies attended the session.
Earlier Mr. Murali Bollu, President, HYSEA and CEO of ZenQ, welcomed the participants and thanked the U.S. Consular team for a timely session in light of recent changes to visa procedures.
Others present for the workshop included Mr. Raghu Boddupally, AVP and Development Centre Head, Infosys Gachibowli Campus, Chief Operating Officer of HYSEA, R. Srinivas Rao, and a representative of the U.S. Commercial Service. Read more... |
