In order to break the monotony of an intense work schedule and to facilitate recreation and relaxation for the associates from member companies, HYSEA organizes various sports events. Some of the sports events (Both Singles and Doubles) organized are:

Table Tennis
Shuttle Badminton
Carroms
Volleyball
Cricket
Tennis
Athletics
As an incentive to members to take part in all events, a participation fee of Rs.30, 000, is charged wherein a company can take part in all the above events. Members sponsor & participate in all events and also help HYSEA organize these events. T- Shirts for participants of all events are sponsored by a member company. The details of sponsorship and benefits are as follows:
1000-1100 T-Shirts
Cost Rs. 2.5 Lakhs
T-Shirts would have Sponsor’s name co-branded along with HYSEA name on back of the T-Shirt and also on the sleeve
Sponsor will have free participation in all events
Publicity: Sponsor’s name will be mentioned in all sports related press releases, newsletter, website etc.
