He also focuses on specialized areas such as offshore R&D services, outsourced software product development, and BPO. Sudin researches and manages Forrester's best-practice initiatives for captive setups of large multinational firms. Working closely with Forrester's global IT services research teams and collaborating on various research projects and assignments, Sudin helps Forrester's clients develop offshore strategies and select offshore partners. Sudin has spoken at various conferences arranged by NASSCOM, CSI, and the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. He is a regular on CNBC, NDTV Profit, TimesNow and a frequent quote-contributor to publications such as The Economic Times, The Businessline, The Business Standard, and The Times of India. Before joining Forrester, Sudin worked at Gartner Group as vice president of business operations, India. Prior to that, he worked in several management positions in leading Indian and global firms. He has more than 15 years of related professional experience. Sudin is actively involved as an advisor and faculty at some of the leading business schools in Pune/Mumbai. In addition to teaching subjects related to IT services and market research, he is involved in various academia/industry collaboration activities. Education Sudin is a graduate in mechanical engineering, postgraduate in management science, and is also a qualified cost accountant. |
