HYSEA organized a one day HR seminar on Performance Management - Organisational Challenges and Innovations. The area of Performance Management has always been a challenge for any Organization. This seminar focused not only on the Challenges faced by organizations in this area but also the CEO's perspective and expectations, Impact of technology, Innovative practices, and Emerging trends being practiced and required.

The seminar was a tremendous success with more than 100 delegates from member companies attending. The Keynote address was delivered by Mr. Shakti Sagar, Managing Director, ADP Pvt. Lt., He stressed the need for the IT industry to delink Performance Management from Employee Compensation and Benefit. The other speakers of the day Mr. Narasimha M of Infosys, Mr. S. Ramanathan of Cordys R&D India Ltd., Mr. B. Balaji of ADP Pvt. Ltd., and Mr. Pragathi Kumar of Embedded Systems spoke on how Performance Management was being dealt with, in an IT Services, IT Product, ITES and SME perspective respectively.

The afternoon session was chaired by Mr. Abhiram Krishna, Head, Strategic Business and Relationship Learning, Satyam School of Leadership. The session consisted of a case study. The participants were divided into four groups and were asked to study the case and make presentations on their understanding of the case.
