Third HR Forum Held at ADP Pvt. Ltd on 21-Feb-2007
The third meeting of the HYSEA ’s HR Forum began with Balaji Boddapati welcoming the participant members to ADP.
The main agenda of the meeting was to brainstorm on the topic of Compensation Benchmarking. Nandan and George, members of the committee, which was constituted in the second HR Forum to look into developing a template for Compensation Benchmarking, presented their views.

HYSEA plans to setup a helpline for members benefit to clarify on any statutory and legal compliance issues. Members can write to InfoHYSEA@gmail.com.
A decision to compile an ‘HR hand book for the benefit of members was taken at the meeting.
Ashwini Kumar from MagnaQuest and Sukesh Koka from Answerthink have volunteered to help in this initiative.
It was planned to organize an ‘HR Best Practices’ seminar sometime around May/June this year. Some topics suggested to be focused in this seminar were like – ‘imparting business skills to an IT manager’ and so on. It was also felt that inviting non-IT and ITES HR managers would be beneficial.
A program for HR fraternity on the lines of ‘Leader ship skills’ is being considered.
Participants also exchanged their ideas/views on the current levels of attrition and the issues leading/resulting to/from it.
