Narasimha Rao has about 18 years of working experience in start up to large multinational organizations.  The experience spans across various functions such as, front line sales, product management, marketing, international business development, general management and head of operations.  The growth has been gradual and steady with abundant learning from each role.  Starting as medical detail man he grew to head India operations of an American IT consulting organization.  He has conducted several in-house training programs with several organizations.  Since late 2007 he has anchored and conducted several out-bound coaching programs in personality development for Indian and multinational companies.

Amita is a self starter and an entrepreneur by nature.  She has been associated with a specialty Product Research Company.  Her acumen lies in effective people management and training to improve productivity.  She also has anchored a venture that offered engineering consulting solutions for over seven years.  Her ability to manage operations has ensured consistent growth of the organization.  Amita brings to the table her talent in mentoring and coaching with original thoughts.
